Denis Kondakov, the chef of the restaurant, offers a menu that combines classic recipes of world cooking and author's interpretations. Among the most popular dishes are traditional borsch, caesar salad with chicken breast, burger with truffle sauce and cheddar cheese, rib eye steak and trout fillet with grilled vegetables.
Our Hosper menu deserves special attention. The Hosper is a unique, innovative closed–chamber grill that operates over an open flame. The dishes cooked in it have a unique juiciness and a pleasant smoked aroma.
Lobby-bar
The lobby bar will envelop you in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication from the very first minute. Enjoy classic or signature cocktails, elegant wines brought from different corners of the world, aperitifs for every taste and a collection of whiskey, looking at photographs of helicopters, black and white paintings made with charcoal and chalk and elegant decorative elements.
Our bartenders will always support the conversation, and musical evenings with live music performed by professional musicians on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will allow you to enjoy the fascinating atmosphere.
