Hotel guests staying in room category "Suites" will be met and escorted to Pulkovo airport and any train station free of charge. Also guests of this room category are provided with a free transfer service once to the city. 

For guests staying in other room categories and apartments, the following prices apply to transfer services:

* prices include 20% VAT

** when ordering a meeting at the Airport, the rate includes paid parking, waiting for the guest up to 30 minutes. Waiting time (more than 30 minutes) is paid separately, based on 1 hour of vehicle rental, per-minute pricing does not apply. 

*** transfer to the passenger drop-off point by taxi services on Petersburg Highway outside the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre

Transfer organization along an individual route on all days, except for event dates, is calculated at a rate of 120 rubles per 1 km of the route. The minimum transfer cost is 500 rubles.

Transfer organization along an individual route on the days of the SPIEF and SPILF is calculated at a rate of 360 rubles per 1 km of the route. The minimum transfer cost is 1,500 rubles.
