How to enter the parking lot

Access to the parking area is available from Pulkovskoye Highway and Dunaysky Avenue. Please drive up to the barrier and press the button — the barrier will open. You may then enter and park in any available space.

Parking for vehicles transporting hotel or apartment guests (taxis, transfers, buses) is free for the first 15 minutes, then 300 RUB per hour.

Is the parking lot paid for?

- Hotel guests are entitled to one complimentary space in the outdoor parking area, subject to availability.

- For apartment guests and visitors, the fee for outdoor parking is 300 RUB per hour, subject to availability.

- For hotel and apartment guests, the fee for underground parking is 800 RUB per day, subject to availability.

Is there an underground parking lot?

Yes, our hotel also offers underground parking for guests.

For hotel and apartment guests, the fee for underground parking is 800 RUB per day, subject to availability.

To access the underground parking, please contact the reception desk first to complete the registration.

What to do if there is no space in the surface parking lot?

If there are no available spaces in the outdoor parking area, you may use the underground parking.

What documents are required to check-in at the hotel?

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 18.11.2020 N 1853 (ed. from 27.10.2025) "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation":

Check-in of the consumer is carried out on condition that the consumer presents a document certifying his identity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation serving as proof of identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a citizen of the USSR serving as proof of identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, valid until it is replaced within the установленный срок with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • a birth certificate — for persons under 14 years of age;
  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation serving as proof of identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • a temporary identity certificate of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • an identity document of a servicemember of the Russian Federation — during the period of mobilization, the period of martial law, and wartime;
  • a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
  • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
  • a temporary residence permit of a stateless person;
  • a residence permit of a stateless person;
  • a temporary identity certificate of a stateless person in the Russian Federation.

In the absence of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation confirming the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the territory of the Russian Federation, or a passport of a citizen of the USSR valid until replacement with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, or a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation confirming identity outside the territory of the Russian Federation, or a temporary identity certificate of a citizen of the Russian Federation, accommodation in the hotel shall be provided upon presentation of a driver’s license by the guest.

What time can I check in?

Check-in to our hotel is available 24 hours a day. Standard check-in time starts at 14:00, if you require an early check-in, it is subject to availability and an additional fee of 50 or 100% surcharge.

How can I pay for my accommodation?

You can pay for your accommodation directly upon check-in by cash, card or QR code. If necessary, accommodation can be paid when booking through our website or other aggregators, or by invoice directly through the reservations department.

What is a resort fee? Why do I have to pay it?

The resort fee is set at the rate of 100 rubles per one day of actual stay in an accommodation facility (hotel, apart-hotel, hostel) from April 1, 2024. The resort fee is charged from individuals who have reached the age of majority and reside in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours (day). 21 privileged categories of citizens are exempted from paying the resort fee, including veterans, disabled people of 1-2 groups, students of St. Petersburg universities, members of large families and others. If you have a benefit, you must have the original document confirming the existence of the benefit or its copy certified in accordance with the established procedure.

What services can I use at your hotel?

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious restaurant "Dunay" and a 24-hour lobby bar. Guests can make use of the spa complex, concierge services from ordering transfers to any point of the city to purchasing tickets for the main events in the city.

What are the spa opening hours? Is access included in the room rate?

The fitness center is open from 07:00 to 22:00.

The spa complex is open from 09:00 to 22:00.

If you are staying at Domina Pulkovo Hotel 5*, unlimited access to the hydrothermal complex is included in your room rate.

If you are staying at Domina Pulkovo Apartments 4*, access to the hydrothermal complex is available at a special rate.

For all hotel and apartment guests, access to the fitness center is included in the accommodation.

Spa treatments and programs are available at an additional charge.

Do you offer spa programs?

Yes, we offer a variety of spa programs for the face and body.

Is the spa accessible for children? Do you have a children’s pool?

Children from 1 meter in height up to and including 14 years old may visit the spa complex only when accompanied by a parent.

Children under 14 years old receive a 50% discount on access to the hydrothermal complex.

Unfortunately, we do not have a children’s pool.

Children under 1 meter in height are not permitted to visit the spa complex.

What are the restaurant and bar opening hours?

Restaurant “Dunay” opens at 7:00 AM for breakfast served as a buffet. During breakfast hours, an à la carte menu with a selection of breakfast dishes is also available.

From 11:00 AM on weekdays and from 12:00 PM on weekends until 11:00 PM, the restaurant operates on an à la carte basis.

Orders for hot dishes are accepted until 10:30 PM.

At the “Domina” restaurant, buffet breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 06:30 to 11:00 on weekends.

The lobby bar is open 24/7.

Do you offer in-room dining? What are the operating hours?

Yes, in-room dining is available 24/7. Please note that there is a technical break for meal preparation from 01:30 to 03:00.

A delivery fee of 250 RUB applies for room service.

Do you have a laundry service? How long does it take?

Yes, our hotel offers laundry services, available for an additional fee, and operating from 08:00 to 20:00.

If you submit your laundry before 10:00 AM, it will be ready by 6:00 PM the same day.

If you submit your laundry after 10:00 AM, it will be ready by 2:00 PM the following day.

Dry cleaning services have a different turnaround time and are completed within 24 hours.

If I need an item within 2 hours, what is the cost?

An express service is available for an additional fee:

If a laundry and ironing order is received between 08:00 and 18:00 and returned within 5 hours, an additional charge of 50% applies.

If a laundry order is received between 08:00 and 18:00 and returned within 2 hours, an additional charge of 100% applies.

If an ironing order is received between 08:00 and 18:00 and returned within 1 hour, an additional charge of 100% applies.

If a dry cleaning order is received between 08:00 and 18:00 and returned within 6–12 hours, an additional charge of 100% applies.

An additional charge of 50% applies for complex dry cleaning orders (stubborn stains and heavy soiling).

Do you have shuttles to the airport/subway station?

Our hotel offers only a paid transfer service to any part of the city for guests' use. Prices are available on the website.

How can I book a shuttle service?

If you would like to be met by a driver in a business class car upon arrival, you can add the transfer service when booking online, providing all the necessary information (date, time, flight/train number, phone number). If you want to use the shuttle service during your stay, you must pre-book it at the reception desk.

What kind of cars go on transfer orders?

Two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Toyota Hiace business class cars are provided for the transfer.

What if the transfer is needed early in the morning or late at night?

Early or late transfers are available upon prior agreement with reception and subject to availability. If not available, the reception can order a city cab.

How do I turn on the air conditioning in my room?

There is a fan-coil system in the entire hotel building, which works for cooling during the warm season (summer) and heating during the cold season (winter). Each room has a fan coil control panel on the wall.

Something's broken, what do I do?

For in-room equipment issues, please contact the reception on 3100. The hotel has a 24-hour technical service, specialists will be able to help with the issue at any time.

How do I get to the nearest subway station?

The nearest metro station to the hotel is Zvezdnaya, a 15-minute walk away

How do I get to the nearest bus stop?

The nearest public transportation stop "Pulkovskoye Shosse, 9" is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Can I buy a ticket to a theater or museum through you? Can I book a table in a restaurant?

The reception provides a full range of concierge services. For ticket purchases, table reservations and other requests, please contact reception at any time.

Where does breakfast take place? What time is it?

Our hotel has a variety of breakfast options. On the second floor, in the restaurant "DOMINA", breakfast runs from 6:30am to 10:00am on weekdays and from 6:30am to 11:00am on weekends. Breakfast in the restaurant "Danube" takes place from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekends.

What is the difference between breakfast on the first floor and breakfast on the second floor?

STANDARD" breakfast in the "Ladoga" hall on the 2nd floor:

Fresh vegetables, pickles, cheese and meat cuts, fish gastronomy and a wide range of additional dishes in rotation await you on the Swedish line. On a daily basis:

An assortment of hot dishes such as: sausages and chicken nuggets, boiled eggs or scramble, as well as vegetables or steamed rice with vegetables, cottage cheese casserole and oatmeal. We do not forget about a set of vegetarian and fasting dishes. You will be pleased with freshly brewed ground coffee, aromatic teas and fruit juices, which will complement your breakfast along with fresh pastries. And of course, dairy products, yogurt, granola, fruit, a selection of different toppings, and cakes await guests for dessert.

Breakfast in the restaurant "Danube" on the 1st floor:

In the morning, hotel guests will enjoy a wholesome, delicious breakfast at the Danube Restaurant with a wide palette of flavors designed for any guest. Fresh vegetables, pickles, cheese and fish gastronomy, meat cuts and additional dishes in rotation on a daily basis, generously flavored with different types of oils to dress your dishes. A rich assortment of hot entrees features pork, beef sausages, kupatas, wieners in rotation, and potato hashbrowns. Special dishes from vegetables, rice, buckwheat, stuffed mushrooms, ruddy pancakes and cottage cheese casserole are thought over for vegetarians. Additionally, you can also order milk and egg dishes with a choice of different toppings, including alternative milk! You will be pleased with freshly prepared ground coffee, aromatic tea of various flavors and fruit juices, complemented by the widest range of fresh pastries. And of course, no breakfast is complete without dessert - dairy products, yogurt, porridge, muesli, fruit, cakes, pastries and freshly squeezed juices.

How do I get a room?

To turn in your room, simply hand your card to the reception desk and make sure you have no outstanding bills.

How can I get lodging reports?

If your accommodation was paid for at the hotel, the receptionist will gladly provide you with a fiscal receipt and invoice for your accommodation and other extras, if any. If your accommodation was paid by invoice from the company, after your check-out, our accounting department sends the closing documents to the address provided or via EDI.

Where can I leave a review of your hotel?

You can leave your review directly in the hotel in the book of reviews and suggestions, or on any online resources that are available to you (Yandex maps, 2gis), as well as on the sites of agencies (Ostrovok, Yandex Travel, etc.).

How can I make a reservation?

To book a room you can use our website, where there are always promotional offers and pleasant bonuses. In addition, you can book directly by phone or e-mail.

Can I choose the room I'll be staying in right away?

When booking you can choose the category of the room and indicate in the comments your wishes for the location and equipment of the room.

I am coming on a business trip, how can my company pay for my accommodation?

Your company can pay by reference or by invoice by writing an email to the Reservations Department email.

Do you have a long term lease?

In our hotel we have the possibility to rent apartments for a long period of time, from a month. Details can be found on the link.

How can I make a long term reservation?

You can book a room for a long term rental through our website, or directly through the reservations department.

What is the room rate per month? What services are included? Are there any discounts on services?
