We kindly inform you that in accordance with the Federal Law dated 29.07.2017. N 214-FZ "On conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure" and with the Law of St. Petersburg from 29.06.2023 N 419-81 "On the introduction of resort fee in St. Petersburg" from April 01, 2024 will be charged resort fee.

The amount of the resort fee is not included in the cost of accommodation and is100 rubles for each day of stay.

Payment is made on the day of arrival to the accommodation facility. The guest must pay the spa fee to the spa fee operator (hotel) for all actual days of stay, except for the day of check-in. The last day of the guest's stay is also subject to the resort fee, even if the guest stayed in the hotel for a partial day. If the number of accommodation days is reduced, the overpaid amount of the resort fee is refunded to the payer upon departure from the accommodation facility

St. Petersburg Law N 419-81 of 29.06.2023 (Article 5) provides a list of categories of citizens exempted from paying the resort fee. In order to be exempted from paying the resort fee, the original document confirming such right or its certified copy must be presented at check-in.

In case of the payer's refusal to pay the fee, the resort fee operator offers the guest to fill in an application/notification in the prescribed form on the refusal to pay the resort fee, on the basis of which the procedure of administrative sanctions will be initiated.

The resort fee operator (hotel) informs about the obligation to pay the resort fee and about the administrative responsibility for non-payment in the form of a fine.
