Volleyball Club Omichka

In the fifth round of the Russian Women’s Volleyball Super League, Volleyball Club “Omichka” played an away match in Saint Petersburg against the league newcomer — “Korabelka”. During their stay in the Northern Capital, the athletes were accommodated at Domina Pulkovo Hotel, chosen for its comfort, attention to detail, and atmosphere that supports both recovery and focus before important games.

The match was tense and closely contested, ending in a dramatic tie-break — 2:3 (24:26, 20:25, 25:20, 25:18, 13:15). After a challenging start, Omichka managed to turn the tide, confidently taking the next two sets and coming close to victory. In the decisive fifth set, the teams fought point for point, but the advantage narrowly went to the hosts.

Despite the final score, Omichka demonstrated strong team spirit, determination, and skill, earning respect from both fans and opponents alike.
