“Dunay" restaurant is an exquisite location offering a unique culinary journey inspired by the traditions and culture of the countries located on the banks of the longest European river. Combining unique ingredients, cooking techniques and a creative approach, the restaurant “Dunay” creates unique dishes that delight the eye and the gastronomic tastes of guests.

A special atmosphere of coziness and comfort was created at breakfast in the "Dunay" restaurant. Here you can enjoy a variety of dishes and a high level of service in a relaxed atmosphere. Each guest will find something to suit their taste.
Breakfast at the "Dunay" Restaurant is served in a buffet style and features a large assortment:
- Meat gastronomy: turkey, pork, beef;
- Fish gastronomy: oil fish, herring and red fish in the author's salt from our chef;
- 12 hot dishes, the assortment of which is partially updated daily;
- Fermented milk products;
- Fresh fruits;
- Bakery products: croissants, Danish pastries and various types of bread;
- Desserts from the pastry chef.
You can prepare freshly squeezed orange juice on your own at our station.
There is a chef working in the open kitchen, who will cook an omelet or scrambled eggs with additives of your choice on an individual order.

Panoramic glazing creates a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. Solid oak tables, eclectic armchairs, and an open kitchen with a stone counter make the interior elegant and modern.
Denis Kondakov, the chef of the "Dunay" restaurant, offers a menu that combines classic recipes of world cooking and author's interpretations. Among the most popular dishes are traditional borscht, caesar salad with chicken breast, burger with truffle sauce and cheddar cheese, rib eye steak and trout fillet with grilled vegetables.
Our Hosper menu deserves special attention. The Hosper is a unique, innovative closed–chamber grill that operates over an open flame. The dishes cooked in it have a unique juiciness and a pleasant smoked aroma.
In the assortment of desserts you will find a pastry "Potato" in the author's design, an unusual cake "Fallen pot", honey cake and a spicy pear stewed in wine.
The wine list contains over 50 fine wines, including wines from the Old and New World. You can taste both aged collectible wines and well-recognized brands here. We store the wine in special wine cabinets, which ensure an ideal serving temperature.
